✦ Commissions are for personal use only unless a Commercial Use fee is agreed upon and paid.
✦ I will not draw: hate speech, explicit real-world politics, heavy gore, or other excessively sensitive themes. NSFW/kink art is accepted on a case-by-case basis.
✦ My pronouns are he/him. Please respect them.
✦ All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
✦ Payment is accepted only via PayPal / Hipolink / Boosty Invoice for security and record-keeping.
✦ A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before I begin sketching. This secures your slot in my queue.
✦ The remaining balance is due in full before the final high-resolution file is delivered.
✦ Payments are non-refundable once the work has begun and the sketch has been approved.
Communication will primarily happen via [Telegram: @Tate_dead10007] or FurAffinity Notes.
I will provide Work-in-Progress (WIP) images at key stages:
✦ Sketch: For initial composition and pose approval.
✦ Lineart/Flat Color: For color and detail check.
The Client is responsible for providing clear and concise references.
The Client is entitled to two (2) minor revisions at the sketch stage only.
✦ Major changes (e.g., completely new pose, outfit, or character design) after the sketch is approved may incur an additional fee.
✦ Changes requested during the lineart/coloring stage are difficult to make and will also incur a fee.
The Artist (I) retain all copyright and ownership of the produced artwork.
✦ I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolios (online and offline), use it for self-promotion, and post it on my social media platforms and galleries.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the personal use of the commissioned artwork. This includes:
✦ Using it as a profile picture/avatar.
✦ Posting it on their social media profiles with visible credit to me ([Your Artist Name]).
✦ Printing it for personal enjoyment.
The Client is NOT permitted to:
✦ Use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding, promotional material) without purchasing a Commercial License.
✦ Claim the artwork as their own creation.
✦ Alter, edit, or trace the artwork without my explicit permission.
✦ Use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or crypto-related projects under any circumstances.
The Client may cancel at any time:
✦ Before the sketch is approved: The deposit is not refundable.
✦ After the sketch is approved: No refund will be issued for any reason, as work will have progressed.
I, the Artist, may cancel a commission and issue a full or partial refund due to:
✦ Real-life emergencies or illness.
✦ Unforeseen circumstances preventing completion.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time if the client is hostile, abusive, or violates these TOS.
Upon final payment, the Client will receive:
✦ One (1) high-resolution .PNG file without a watermark.
✦ One (1) lower-resolution .JPEG file suitable for online posting.
The finished files will be delivered via Google Drive link or Telegram.
I will not provide native project files (e.g., .PSD, .CLIP).
