These Terms and Conditions apply to the Tasty Georgia mobile application (the “Application”) created by Gogsadze Studio (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

   • The Application may collect personal data (e.g., Name, Email) to provide services such as Feedback.
     
     

   • It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. Avoid jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and functionality.

   • The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions, including:
     
     

     • Google Analytics for Firebase
       
       

     • Firebase Crashlytics
       
       

5. Connectivity and Usage
   
   

   • Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data.
     
     

   • Mobile data charges, including roaming fees, are your responsibility.
     
     

6. Device Responsibility
   
   

   • Ensure your device remains charged to use the Application. The Service Provider is not responsible if the device runs out of battery.
     
     

7. Updates and Termination
   
   

   • The Application may be updated. You agree to accept updates when offered.
     
     

   • The Service Provider may terminate the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application.
