Taste Without a Trace started in my kitchen, inspired by my daughter.
After her celiac, wheat and dairy allergy diagnosis, I set out to create treats that were safe, worry-free, and something she’d actually be excited to eat. Today, every recipe is made with the same love and care — proving that allergy-friendly can still be fun, flavorful, and feel like a celebration.
