This privacy policy applies to the TasteView app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Muhammad Sulaymaan Zia Khan (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).

The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

The operating system you use on your mobile device.

Camera Access: The Application requires access to your device's camera. This permission is used solely to scan QR codes provided by restaurants to identify and load the corresponding 3D menu. The Application does not record, store, or transmit any photos or videos from your device.

Storage and Caching: The Application requires access to your device's local storage. This is used only to cache 3D models (GLB files). Caching allows the app to load menus faster on subsequent visits and improves performance without re-downloading large files.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from our users. Our app does not require registration, login, or any personal details such as name, email address, or phone number to access the 3D menu features.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Application utilizes the following third-party services:

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain automatically collected information for as long as you use the Application. Since no personal data is collected, no personal user data is stored on our servers.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides procedural safeguards to protect the information processed.
