I am a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Engineer currently pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Penn State, with a BSc. in Industrial and Production Engineering from BUET. 

My skill set spans programming, optimization, simulation, and product design. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Penn State and Adjunct Lecturer at BUET, I excel in delivering dynamic lectures and developing instructional materials. My hands-on industry experience as an Industrial Intern at IFAD Autos Limited underscores my practical prowess. I successfully applied Total Quality Management (TQM) tools, minimized nonconformity, and identified critical assembly stages using Q-graph methodology. Moreover, my strategic approach eliminated hazards and accidents in the plant by an impressive 100%. 

In the realm of research, I have actively contributed to various impactful projects, including machine learning based health prediction, logistics optimization, queuing theory applications, and supply chain. These contributions are reflected in my research publications.

Beyond academia and professional roles, I am a dedicated entrepreneur, serving as the Founder and CEO of TMB Corporation, a renowned medical equipment supplier based in Bangladesh. Leveraging my industrial engineering expertise, I've devised innovative market capture, purchasing, and sourcing strategies. My proficiency in data analysis and forecasting, particularly using Exponential Smoothing, has led to a remarkable 23% reduction in prediction errors for demand forecasts.

My entrepreneurial initiatives extend to forging strategic partnerships, expanding marketing channels, and enabling seamless product service delivery, fostering business growth and customer satisfaction. I adopt a data-driven approach to decision-making, exemplified by the successful implementation of a Competition-Based Pricing Strategy, resulting in a substantial 220% increase in revenue and a notable 15% expansion in profit margins for FY 2022.
