1. Getting Started
Downloading the App:
Visit the App Store on your iPhone.
Search for Tasks.
Tap “Get” to download and install the app.
Launching the App:
Simply open the app after installation.
No sign-up or account creation is required.
2. Data Management
Storage and Backup:
All your tasks and data are automatically backed up to the Firestore storage.
This ensures that your data is securely stored and accessible across your Apple devices.
Restoring Data:
If you reinstall the app or get a new device, your tasks and data will automatically restore from Firebase when you log in with your registered account.
3. Troubleshooting
App Crashes or Freezes:
Try restarting the app or your device.
Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed.
If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Tasks Not Syncing (Between Devices):
Ensure you are logged into the same Apple ID on all devices.
Check that iCloud is enabled for the app in “Settings” > “[Your Name]” > “iCloud” > “Apps Using iCloud.”
Notifications Not Appearing:
Check your device’s notification settings to ensure notifications are enabled for the app.
Make sure “Do Not Disturb” is not active on your device.
