By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Task Manager is a productivity app that helps you create, organize, and track tasks, including Eisenhower Matrix tasks and recurring daily tasks.
The App also allows you to:
Sign in with an account
Sync data across devices
Delegate tasks to other registered users
Receive reminders and notifications
Permanently delete your account and related data from Settings
We use Google Firebase and related Google services to provide the App's core functionality.
Depending on how you use the App, you may provide the following information.

Password (processed securely by Firebase Authentication and never stored by us in plain text)
Display name (if available from your account or Google profile)
Task titles
Task descriptions
Priority flags (Important / Urgent)
Deadlines
Reminder preferences

The App may also use standard Android platform services, such as notification scheduling and system permissions, to provide reminders.
Depending on your device and Android version, the App may request permissions such as:
Internet / Network Access – Authentication, syncing, analytics, messaging, and account deletion
Notifications – Task reminders, daily-task reminders, and push alerts
Exact Alarms / Schedule Alarms – Timely local reminders where supported
Boot Completed – Restore reminders after device restart where applicable
You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
Disabling certain permissions may limit related features.
If you use delegation features:
You may assign tasks or daily tasks to another registered user.
The assignee may view task information you share, including titles, descriptions, schedules, deadlines, and completion updates.
You may store optional labels such as nickname, name, and designation for delegated contacts.
Removing a delegated assignment or contact may not automatically erase historical records already synchronized to another user's account.
If you delete your account, we attempt to remove delegated copies and related links where technically possible. Copies already stored in another user's account may remain in a limited form (for example, marked as removed by the owner or assignee).
Only share information you are comfortable sharing.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect events such as:
Sign-in activity
Task actions
Daily-task usage
Delegation usage
Settings interactions
Reminder scheduling outcomes
Account deletion
Analytics events are generally associated with an app instance and, when signed in, may also be associated with your user ID.
Crashlytics collects:
Crash reports
Non-fatal errors
Diagnostic logs
Limited device and app metadata
When signed in, crash reports may be associated with your user ID to help investigate issues.

The App may send:
Task deadline reminders
Recurring daily-task reminders
Delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging, including:
Delegated task alerts
Other service-related notifications
You can disable notifications through your device settings.
Doing so may prevent reminder features from functioning properly.
When you delete your account, the App also attempts to cancel locally scheduled reminders on your device.
Your account and task data are stored in Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore, while your account remains active.
Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google Firebase retention practices and our operational needs.
Some reminder schedules and preferences may also be stored locally on your device.
We retain information only as long as necessary to:
Provide App functionality
Maintain security
Troubleshoot issues
Comply with legal obligations
If you delete your account within the App or request deletion by email, we delete or de-identify associated account data as described below.
You can permanently delete your account from:
Settings → Delete My Account
When you confirm deletion, the App will:
Reauthenticate you when required for security (for example, password confirmation or Google sign-in)
Delete your synced Firestore data associated with your account, including:
Tasks
Daily tasks
Delegated people list
Delegation records owned by your account
Your user profile document
Your email directory entry used for account lookup and delegation
Attempt to remove delegated task mirrors and related links where possible
Cancel locally scheduled notifications on your device
Delete your Firebase Authentication account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to:
Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your data
Restrict certain processing
Object to certain processing activities
You can also:
Update or delete tasks inside the App
Sign out of your account
Manage notification and device permissions
Request account deletion by emailing ssapps909@gmail.com if you cannot use the in-app option
We may verify your identity before processing requests.
Note: Some technical records (such as analytics events or crash reports already collected) may remain for a limited period according to Google Firebase retention settings or legal and security requirements. Delegated content already shared with other users may not be fully removable from those users' accounts.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

HTTPS encrypted communication
Secure cloud infrastructure
Sensitive actions, such as account deletion, may require recent reauthentication.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in different countries through Google Firebase infrastructure.
By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred internationally and processed in accordance with applicable laws and Google's practices.
