PRIVACY POLICY — TASKLORDS

1. SUMMARY
TaskLords is a task management app with an RPG theme. There is no sign-up, no login and no server of our own: everything you create in the app — quests, history, level, characters and your adventurer's name — is stored only on your device.
The app displays ads provided by Google AdMob and offers a one-time purchase (Premium) processed by Google Play. Both are Google services and collect their own data, described below.
2. DATA TASKLORDS STORES ON YOUR DEVICE
The following data is created by you and stays in the app's local storage:
• The adventurer name you chose
• Quests you created: title, description, times and alarm settings
• History of completed, failed or frozen quests
• Level, day streak and unlocked characters
• App preferences, such as language
This data is not sent to us or to third parties. We have no access to it. If you uninstall the app, it is removed from the device.
Note about Android backup: if Google's automatic backup is enabled on your device, the operating system may copy this data to your Google account, as it does for other apps. That backup is an Android feature, managed by Google and by your device settings, and you can disable it in the system settings.
3. INSTALLATION IDENTIFIER
When you first open the app, a random identifier in the format user_XXXXXXXX is generated. It only identifies the installation within the device itself and is not linked to you, your email or any account. It is never sent anywhere.
4. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To do so, Google's ads SDK collects and shares:
• Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID
• IP address
• Ad interactions (for example, ad shown, tapped or closed)
• Diagnostic and performance information
This data is used to serve ads, measure their performance, produce analytics and prevent fraud. It is transmitted encrypted (TLS) and handled by Google under Google's own policies.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and turn off ad personalisation, in your Android device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
5. PREMIUM PURCHASE (GOOGLE PLAY BILLING)
TaskLords offers a one-time purchase called Premium, which removes the ads and unlocks the streak characters.
Payment is processed entirely by Google Play. The app never sees, receives or stores payment data — no card number, no address, no financial information of any kind. The app only asks Google Play whether the purchase exists, so it knows whether to unlock Premium.
The handling of your payment data is governed by Google Play's terms.
6. APP PERMISSIONS
• Internet and network state: required for ads and for the Premium purchase.
• Notifications, exact alarms, vibration, sound and run at startup: used to deliver the reminders for the quests you scheduled yourself.
• Battery optimisation exemption: requested so quest alarms arrive on time while the app is closed.
The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, files or calendar permissions.
7. CHILDREN
TaskLords is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Because we hold no data of yours on any server, there is nothing to request from us in terms of access or deletion. To erase the data stored on your device, use the Full Reset feature inside the app, or uninstall the app.
For the data collected by Google through AdMob, the controls are in your device settings and in your Google account.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated when the app changes. The date at the top shows the last revision. Significant changes will be announced inside the app, in the what's-new notice for the release.
