This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and safeguard that information, and your rights regarding your personal information when you use the Task Flow mobile application.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to deliver our services, process reward redemptions, and prevent fraudulent activities.
A. Account Information:
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and display name through Google Firebase Authentication.
B. Reward and Payment Information:
When you redeem rewards through UPI transfer, you provide your UPI ID. When you request a Google Play Redeem Code, we process the code delivery directly to your in-app withdrawal history. We do not collect or store your bank account passwords, debit or credit card details, or sensitive financial PINs.
C. Device and Diagnostic Information:
To ensure security, prevent fraud, and verify fair usage, we may collect non-sensitive device characteristics such as device model, operating system version, and system diagnostic logs. This information is used strictly to enforce our single-account policy, prevent multi-device bot abuse, and maintain application stability.
D. Activity and Rewards Data:
We record your in-app actions including completed tasks, quiz scores, daily check-in streaks, spin wheel rewards, and coin balances to ensure accurate point allocation and leaderboard rankings.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To manage and maintain your user account.
- To track earned coins and calculate reward progress accurately.
- To process, verify, and fulfill withdrawal requests via UPI or Google Play voucher codes.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, multiple account abuse, and automated bot usage.
- To provide customer service and respond to your inquiries submitted through the Help and Support section or via email at tms.taskapp@gmail.com.
- To deliver optional sponsored advertising experiences via Google AdMob.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ADVERTISING
Task Flow integrates trusted third-party services that may process data under their own privacy standards:
A. Google Firebase:
We utilize Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Core for secure data storage, identity authentication, and backend infrastructure. Firebase complies with industry-standard encryption protocols.
B. Google AdMob:
We use Google AdMob to display in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and interaction data in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies. You may manage ad personalization preferences through your Android device settings under Google Settings - Ads.
We never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. DATA SECURITY
We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between the Task Flow app and our servers is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. Access to payment records and administrative dashboards is restricted exclusively to authorized administrators.
6. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
We retain your information only as long as your account remains active. You have full and unconditional control over your personal data:
- You may delete your account at any time directly within the application by navigating to Profile - Delete Account.
- Permanent deletion immediately removes your user credentials, coin balance records, withdrawal logs, referral connections, and personal identifiers from our production databases.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Task Flow is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected, we will take immediate steps to delete the account and associated data.
