Task Alert App

This privacy policy governs your use of the Task Alert- an Android app (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Joseph Ajireloja.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information: The Application does not require any user registration. Hence, no personal information is requested from the user. The alerts saved on the app are stored locally on the user's device memory, and are not transferred to or accessible to any other application.

Automatically collected information: The Application does not collect any user information automatically. Also, no user information is shared with any third-party application.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

You can schedule and add new task alert details, and delete existing ones on the Application. The task alert details saved on the Application will remain in the local memory of the device until the Application is uninstalled.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can delete each task alert details from the Application using the delete icon attached to each Alert. Also, to clear all task alert details saved on the Application, you can easily uninstall the Application from your mobile device.

Children

The Application does not target children under the age of 16. So, the application will not knowingly solicit any data from or market to children.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of the record you save in the Application. To ensure an optimal security, endeavour to regularly install the Application’s updates whenever they are released.

We also advise you to regularly check for any Android OS update(s) that could be available and to enable automatic updates.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Application website (sites.google.com/view/task-alert). You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the local storage of your work alert details within the memory of your mobile device. The Application will not transfer any data saved within it to any third-party application.
