Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution and Risk Assurance: Conducted two integrated audits across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and identified compliance, technology, and business risks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Risk Control Matrix (RCM) Development: Led walkthrough sessions with key stakeholders to understand existing business processes and designed comprehensive RCMs, ensuring all risk areas were covered. 

• Gap Identification and Remediation: Assessed the effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGC) and Application Controls and recommended remediation strategies for addressing control gaps.

• Issue Retesting and Control Assurance: Retested previously identified “High” issues, confirming proper remediation and compliance, along with reviewing business process policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 

• Data Analytics and Risk Identification:

a. Developed data analytics (DA) test cases, uncovering financial, operational, and Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance risks. 

b. Collected, validated, and analyzed data using Excel and SQL to execute the DA tests and derive data-driven insights. 

• Audit Documentation and Reporting:

a. Drafted different audit documentation, including entrance decks, detailed work papers, and factsheets and managed end-to-end audit lifecycle through the IBM OpenPages system. 

b. Documented comprehensive audit reports with detailed issues and corrective controls for senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Implementation: Spearheaded the BA team in implementing two digital projects - "MetLife BD Agent Dashboard" and "MyLife", achieving digital adaptation for 5k+ agents and a 10% increase in new business/sales. 

• Product Roadmap Development: Worked on prioritizing features and create product roadmaps for four phases of development, aligning with the OKRs. 

• Requirements Analysis: Analyzed functional/non-functional requirements for different technology platforms, bridging the business objectives and stakeholder expectations. 

• Technical Documentation: Created comprehensive requirement documentation including BRD, FRD, User Manuals, and end-to-end system diagrams. 

• User Story Development using Agile Methodology: Wrote 500+ user stories with detailed acceptance criteria using Jira and AzDo Board, guiding the development efforts. 

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Test Case Development: Documented 500 test cases with detailed testing scenarios for end users. 

• UI Design and Wireframing:

a. Designed the User Experience (UX) based on the target users for a smooth and easy-to-navigate system journey. 

b. Supported UI designers in drafting UI and wireframes and worked closely with developers for implementing the solutions.
