Students will a great whole group presentation by Epic Entertainment in character development as well as break out sessions in areas that best fit their needs.  Students will bring back easy, ready to implement now ideas and projects to build pride and culture in your schools.  Advisor training is also available at this conference so bring your questions and be ready to network!  Pizza, water, cookies and a t-shirt are included in the $20 fee.   Click here to register!

2025 - D3ML Fall Conference Registration Link

It has been a long lasting tradition that D3ML have been able to partner with Sky Ranch to host our annual winter Retreat.  Sky Ranch provides young leaders with ideas, energy and lots of fun activities for your students to enjoy.  The hope is that each student has the opportunity to meet others, engage in leadership activities and bring back activities and ideas to help promote a positive culture within your school and community.  

During this retreat, students and advisors will participate in our general business meeting where we discuss the finances of our district, awards and nominate and elect new school officers for the next term.  

Registration will be open beginning October 1st and final date to register is December 19th.

Cost is:

Overnight - $125 per individual

Friday Only - $50 per individual
