Welcome to Teen Addiction Shield (TAS), the mobile application ("App") provided by the developer. This App is created to increase Parents' engagement in their Child’s lives. Parent engagement is a potent shield against substance use. Regular conversations about its risks, combined with a deep understanding of your child's routines, sleeping habits, and friendships, form a powerful strategy. By knowing their world, you can detect vulnerabilities and offer guidance.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
a. Developer respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The App does not knowingly request, collect, or store any data classified under Privacy Act regulations.
b. Any information you voluntarily provide through the App, including but not limited to personal details, preferences, feedback, or any other content, will be treated as non-sensitive data. We will not recognize or treat any such data as subject to Privacy Act regulations, even if it falls under the definition of Privacy Act data.
a. You acknowledge that the App is for informational purposes only. You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. You are solely responsible for the information you provide through the App and for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
a. Developer disclaims any liability arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in its content.
b. The App is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
a. Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
