• I work on commissions in order of when they are paid. You can order priority queue/rush if you want your piece to be bumped up/prioritized.

•The final product may be slightly cropped for composition, but I can provide an uncropped version if needed.

• Each piece takes 5-12 hours, reflecting the pricing. Please understand that art is a luxury! Your character’s features may differ from my examples, as everyone is unique. By submitting a request, you acknowledge this, and there are no refunds for dissatisfaction with the style.
┃› My art style evolves, so the final product may not exactly match older examples. Expect minor differences in line art, technique, coloring, or rendering.

• I will only accept commissions with a complete or near-complete reference or design of a character. If you want a character designed, please order through my design service.

• Your model includes everything on your reference/base outfit. Extra layers for gimmick models (like crouching or leaning) will cost more. I use the latest VBridger method for the mouth, and the underfilling method for skin layers and some clothes.

• Specific requests may be cheap or free, depending on their simplicity, so feel free to ask! To ensure timely completion, please provide all necessary details and add-ons upfront, as I can't guarantee later requests by the deadline.

• If I haven't delivered within 12 months, you're eligible for a partial refund based on the completed percentage of your model. If I'm actively communicating during that time, we can discuss the best options for you.

• I have always delivered my commissions, and any delays are typically due to complex details or health issues. I may request an extended due date in advance, so your understanding is appreciated!

• Prices vary based on size, detail, and the number of layers for features like hair, wings, and outfits. You can add extras after your model is complete, but be aware that certain extras apply only to half-body or full-body models. Base prices increase with the level of detail provided. Some hand poses require redrawing hands, while arm poses may involve modifying clothes. Most hand/arm poses require one another to work. So please specify what you need.

• Extensive revisions, or an evaluation revision file from a rigger, may incur extra fees based on the amount of work needed. Simple fixes like separating layers or folder adjustments are free.
