Philosophy of Education

All people can learn. Each person must be active to learn. Leadership and creativity are embedded into each individual. It is the role of the leader, despite titles, to pull out what is in each student, each personnel member, and cultivate an environment conducive to learning. Leaders are change agents, and fostering an environment of respect, community, awareness, and growth, can catapult society to advance beyond one's perception.
