Tarmac — Support
Tarmac is made by one person. Every message is read.
**Email:** tarmac.baggage.game@gmail.com
Expect a reply within two or three days.
When something goes wrong, include these four things and it will usually be sorted in one
reply:
- Your phone model
- Your Android or iOS version
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the PLAY tab under Settings
- What happened, and what you expected instead
### The Ramp Pass
The Ramp Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to
cancel. It gives you a free first continue in Endless Run and Rush Waves, double Ramp Coins,
a kit bag refilled daily without spelling TARMAC, three exclusive cart liveries straight away and
six more to earn through pass challenges.
**Bought it and it has not appeared?** Open SHOP and tap RESTORE. The pass is tied to the
account that bought it, so make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
If RESTORE does not bring it back, email the address above with the store receipt.
**Refunds** are handled by the store, not by us. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On
Android, use the Google Play order history or Play's refund request form. We cannot issue or
reverse a payment, and we never see your payment details.
### Progress, and reinstalling the game
Your progress is saved on the phone. There is no account and no server of ours, so nothing is
stored anywhere we can reach.
Deleting the game and installing it again brings your progress back if your own backup is
switched on: Google backup on Android, iCloud Drive on iPhone. The game shows a "Welcome back"
message when that happens. Backups are made by the phone on its own schedule, usually once a day
on wifi, so the last few hours of play can be missing. The Ramp Pass always comes back, because
the store confirms it every time the game opens.
Because nothing is kept on our side, a save that was never backed up cannot be recovered. Sorry.
### Playing
**The tutorial** runs for about a minute and is always available: PLAY tab, under Getting started.
**Reading the bags.** Every bag wears a three-letter tag. Send it to the cart bound for that city.
Some bags belong on no cart at all and must be rejected. Transfer bags go down to the transfer
belt, not up to the carts. Fragile bags shatter if you throw them hard, so lob them gently or
carry them. VIP bags pay double if you beat their timer.
**Aim assist** is on by default and can be switched off in Settings, along with sound, vibration
and the background scene.
### Privacy
Tarmac collects nothing and has no ads. The full policy is on the privacy page of this site.
### Known limits
- The game is designed for phones. It runs on a tablet, but the play area keeps phone proportions.
