PLSD

As part of the PLSD (Professional Life Skill Development) course under the guidance of Mr. Monjur Kibriya Bhuiyan at our university, I successfully completed a structured online certificate program on JobReady Employability Skills, developed by the Wadhwani Foundation.

This program was specifically designed to prepare students for real-world professional environments by developing essential soft skills. The training covered a wide range of topics including effective communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and workplace ethics. It also focused on building a strong professional attitude, digital literacy, and self-confidence—qualities that are increasingly valued by employers.

The course offered interactive learning through engaging video modules, real-life examples, and multiple-choice assessments that allowed us to apply our knowledge practically. These activities not only tested our understanding but also enhanced our critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Completing this certificate program under the PLSD course has significantly enriched my academic experience and prepared me to become a more confident, responsible, and job-ready individual. It has been a valuable step toward my personal and professional growth.
