Tara Jean Browne is both an artist and an educator from Perth, WA. The artist's methodology focuses on incorporating her multidisciplinary practices to interpret and amalgamate everyday scenes, dreamlike landscapes and the psyche. These themes have been inspired from her teaching studies, as well as her interest in art history. Her artwork shares a private dialogue of personal experiences and imagery to both communicate and relate with her audience on an empathetic level. Browne's pedagogy in the classroom follows a holistic approach that nurtures students’ individualistic abilities in creativity, as each student is unique and has their own style.
