Tara Hunnewell is an accomplished singer, actress and TV host.

Tara grew up in Massachusetts and began her career at age 12 playing classical trumpet for the New England Conservatory’s Youth Repertory Orchestra. She went on to study singing and was accepted into the prestigious Young Artists Vocal Program at the Boston University Tanglewood Institute. She received her BFA in Acting at Marymount Manhattan College. She has studied acting at the acclaimed Stella Adler Conservatory in NYC as well as with Tony Greco of The Actor’s Studio. She as performed in over 50 Theatre and Musical Theatre Productions around the United States.

Tara currently lives between Sweden and Los Angeles, is a member of SAG and has produced and appeared in numerous commercial, television and film productions. Film Credits include: Bullet,Delaney, A Cup Of Tea, Caffeine, Shopgirl. TV Guest starring roles: Rizzoli and Isles, Little Brittain USA, Tim and Eric Awesome Show. Off-Broadway: Love Bytes, The Ohmies, Urinetown.

Tara balances her professional career with a commitment to humanitarian causes, including Airline Ambassadors, a global non-profit which provides aid to children and families in need as well a international relief and development to underprivileged communities throughout the world. While working on her solo debut album, Tara wrote her first single ‘I Believe in Love’ (click to listen) for the children that she met during her recent visit to El Salvador as an Airline Ambassador, which made it’s world debut on MSNBC and NBC's Nightly News.
