Privacy Policy for Tap Wing

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Tap Wing ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is developed and published by Smart Tech Lab ("the Developer").
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and the App does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
The App stores your high score locally on your device only. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Advertising and Third-Party Data Collection
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may automatically collect and process certain information, including:
- A device advertising identifier (Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate, non-precise location derived from it
- Device information (such as device model, operating system version, and language)
- Ad interaction data (such as ads shown, taps, and general app usage related to ads)
This information is used to deliver, personalize, limit the frequency of, and measure the performance of advertisements, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

Your Choices
You can limit ad personalization and reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings:
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads (options such as "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
Limiting ad personalization does not remove ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to you.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
(If you intend to target children, you must adjust this section and configure AdMob and your Google Play listing for child-directed treatment, which carries additional legal requirements such as COPPA and Google Families policies.)
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data collected for advertising is processed by Google and its advertising partners as described above. We do not share information with any other third parties.
Data Security
Information stored by the App (your high score) remains on your device. Advertising data is transmitted and handled by Google over secure connections in accordance with Google's security practices.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the European Economic Area or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because the App itself does not hold personal information about you, most such requests relating to advertising data should be directed to Google. You may also contact us using the details below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
