TapLoop Auto Clicker ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collection, usage, and disclosure when you use our Android application.
1. OVERVIEW & CORE PRINCIPLE

TapLoop Auto Clicker is designed as a lightweight, offline utility. The application DOES NOT require or request the Android Internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET). We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data, usage data, device identifiers, or on-screen content.
2. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE API DISCLOSURE (IMPORTANT)

TapLoop Auto Clicker uses the Android AccessibilityService API (android.accessibilityservice.AccessibilityService).
* PURPOSE OF USE:
The AccessibilityService API is used exclusively to simulate touch gestures (taps and click sequences) at coordinates explicitly designated and configured by the user on the screen. This allows the app to perform automated clicking and repeated tap workflows.
* NO DATA COLLECTION OR MONITORING:
- We DO NOT use the AccessibilityService API to monitor, read, collect, or store any text, keystrokes, personal information, passwords, financial details, or content displayed on your screen.
- We DO NOT capture, log, or transmit any user interactions or app content.
- The accessibility service is used solely for the dispatchGesture() execution of user-programmed taps and for detecting hardware volume button presses used as an emergency stop kill-switch.
* USER CONTROL:
- The Accessibility Service must be explicitly and manually enabled by you in your device's Android Accessibility Settings.
- You can revoke or disable this permission at any time directly through your device Settings > Accessibility > TapLoop Auto Clicker.
3. "DISPLAY OVER OTHER APPS" (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) PERMISSION

The app requests the "Display over other apps" (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) permission.
This permission is used solely to:
- Render the floating control bar (Play, Pause, Stop, Settings).
- Render the numbered target marker widgets that allow you to position where clicks should occur on your screen.
No overlay content is used to obscure sensitive security dialogs or capture user input from other applications.
4. FOREGROUND SERVICE & NOTIFICATIONS

TapLoop Auto Clicker utilizes an ongoing Foreground Service (with an accompanying persistent notification) to:
- Maintain active click automation while you navigate to other apps or games.
- Provide immediate, accessible session controls (Pause, Resume, Stop) directly from your notification shade.
No background telemetry, location tracking, or passive monitoring is performed.
5. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

All user settings, including:
- Click profiles (saved coordinates, click intervals, loop counts, and delays)
- Active configuration preferences
are stored strictly locally on your device using Android's private SharedPreferences storage. This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its application data.
6. NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR ADVERTISING

TapLoop Auto Clicker contains:
- NO advertising networks (AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.)
- NO analytics or tracking SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- NO third-party data sharing or cloud syncing
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our app does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, our services comply with global children's privacy regulations including COPPA and GDPR-K.
8. SECURITY

Because the application operates entirely offline on your device and does not connect to external servers, your data is not susceptible to remote network interception or external server breaches.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated text file distributed with the application or published alongside the store listing.
