Q: "How Do I Order?"

A: To order, please refer to the Home page, which has an "Order Form" button at the top of the screen. All orders take place on my website through that form, so there is no need to DM or ask for an order form, instead refer to this website for all purchases.

Q: "How Soon Will I Get My Order?"

A: I start orders the day I get them or within 1-2 days if I have a busy schedule. From there, it will depend on breeding cooldowns and if I have other orders to tend to first. Once your order is ready, I'll DM you for pickup. Please be considerate and patient as I get your order ready, it'll come as soon as it can! :)

Q: "How Should I Contact You?"

A: You may contact me through Discord @emmalovebug15, either by sending me a DM or pinging me in Vonchivad's server or the main DA server. I really don't mind DMs or pings, as long as they are relevant. I am easily approachable, so don't worry! If you do not have Discord, then you can try posting on my message wall on the Wiki, though there is no guarantee for when I see it there. Also, please note that you DO NOT need to message me first when your order is ready for pick up,  I will reach out to you when I can!

Q: "How Does Payment (PE Method) Work?"

A: If you choose to pay in coins, then we will be using the "PE method." If you aren't familiar with this method, it stands for "Player Exchange," and it is often used in online theme shops that you can order from on Discord or the Wiki. With this method, I'll put up an item in the Player's Market, and once it's bought I will trade you your order. (I do not require you to give me the item you bought back.) I always use this method by default, however, if you are uncomfortable with this method for any reason, just let me know!

Q: "Why Do You Do PE Method By Default?"

A: I strictly use PE method for a few reasons:

1. To ensure YOU receive your order. There have been too many instances where people have stolen orders put up for auction.

2. To save both of our time. Putting up dragons to auction can take a while, especially if you miss it the first time it goes up.

3. Sometimes I price dragons lower than the species' default auction price, so they can only be sold at the price I list them though PE.

Q: "How Do Promo Codes Work?"

A: Promo codes are essentially coupons you can enter in my order form to receive a percentage off your total order, and they are only valid for a certain period of time. If you want a promo code, just keep an eye on my shop, as I'll be posting a new one every now and then! Please do not DM to ask me for a promo code, as promo codes will always be easy to find, and they are specifically for the people who pay attention to my shop to see them. In other words, keep an eye out for my advertisements/shop updates! :)

Q: "How Do I Find My Discord ID?"

A: You may have missed it, but on my order form there is a tutorial link that you can go to. If you cannot get your Discord ID and it is preventing you from ordering, contact me as soon as possible and I'll get your ID for you as soon as I see your message!

Q: "Why Do You Ask For Discord IDS?"

A: I ask for Discord IDs to ensure that I am able to contact you. In my previous order form, I only asked for Discord users, however, this created problems as people would sometimes misspell their user or change their user after ordering, making it hard to DM.

Q: "Can I Request A Species Or Theme?"

A: Yes! I am always open to requests. For species, I will take up those requests if enough people ask for them, or if I had already planned to spread to that species eventually. For themes, I am very picky about what I choose to create, but I am open to creating new milk tea flavors or other teas I haven't done if I feel the tea could translate well as a theme/be reasonably made. Please fill out my feedback form to give any kind of request, suggestion, feedback, or review. It can be found under the Order Form button on the Home page.

Q: "Do You Accept Trade Offers/Potions?"

A: Sorry, I'm not really interested in trading or looking for potions. The accepted payments listed on the Species & Prices page are the only ones I am currently accepting. Occasionally, I might advertise on the main Dragon Adventures server or the Wiki that I am offering my themed dragons for a certain trade, in which case you may DM if you want to do it.

Q: "Do You Accept Swaps?"

A: Usually no, but it depends! This shop specializes in tea themes, including milk tea/boba teas, so I am only looking for themes that fit into the tea category or have tea in the name. I am also extremely picky about which themes I choose for my shop-I specifically like soft/desaturated colors, and will not sell any tea themes that I find too bright, even if it's pretty. (This is why you'll notice I do not sell Arizona Tea, though it is a pretty theme.) If you think you have a theme I might like, then you are welcome to DM! I also do accept & like to support new tea themes I find pretty, so you are welcome to suggest ones you are creating as well!

• Blueberry Tea

• Peppermint Tea

• Any Arizona Tea

(I also am not looking for species that I am not selling, like krekiz or agricos)

Q: "Can I Order While Your Shop Is Closed?"

A: Unfortunately, no. If my shop is closed, it means that I am busy or unable to tend to orders at the moment, or I've possibly gotten too many orders and need to deliver some before accepting more. If you would like to still order, though, you can refer to my Partnered Shops page to find other shops which sell my themes.

Q: "Can I Use Your Saurium Template?"

A: My saurium template was drawn by Star Mecha, the owner of the Low% shop. Respectfully, please note that this template was not created for public use, but for myself and the artist to personally use for our own projects. It may not be used by others, or reposted anywhere by others, as this would be considered art theft by us, as well as the main DA server, the Vonchivad server, and the Wiki. 

Q: "Can I Make A Variant Of Your Theme?"

A: It depends. I am open to the idea of variants, however, I am very picky about themes and what my themes are associated with. If you would like to make a a variant of my theme, please ask! I must approve of a variant before I allow them for a theme of mine. In other words, this is something you must message me for to get a definite answer.

Q: "Can I Make My Own Milk Tea Themes?"

A: Of course. I started the milk tea trend, but I do not own the milk tea genre as a whole. However, please do check that the theme is not one that I have plans to make or have already started making, if you are unsure if I am going to make a certain milk tea or not, you are more than welcome to ask! If you do make a milk tea theme also be sure that you are not making it too similar in name or colors as one of mine, this is not only disrespectful to me-it goes against the rules on most theme sheets :'D!

Q: "Can I Collab With You On A Theme?"

A: I am not currently open to doing collabs at this time, sorry! 

Q: "Can I Spread Your Theme To A New Species?"

A: Yes, of course! I love it when people spread my theme! I would love to see pictures when you finish. If you need one my themes on a low cooldown dragon, I would be more than happy to give you a pair for this purpose!

Q: "Can I Ask You For Theme Advice?"

A: Yes, I don't mind this at all! Since I am both a theme creator and a member of the Astrilare Archive team, I'm more than okay with offering support to new theme creators. Just be sure to let me know if you're reaching out for advice from one theme creator to another, or looking for help getting your theme added to the archive!

Q: "What Inspired You To Make A Milk Tea Collection?"

A: Honestly, I just really love milk teas and soft colors! Ever since I got into making themes, I have strictly designed color palettes that I genuinely would enjoy myself. I personally enjoy themes that are more soft in their appearance, but also accurate to their reference. I couldn't find a whole lot of themes like this that fit my exact taste, so, I made the milk tea collection, a combination of my real life interest & personal aesthetic preference! 

Q: "How Does The Order Queue Work?"

A: My Order Queue does a few things. Whenever you place an order, it will automatically appear in the "Order Received" column. This allows you track your order's progress-as it will move to the other columns as I work on it. You can also use this to see how busy my shop is when you are placing an order/waiting for pick up, if my shop is busy then orders may become a little slow. There is no need to message me for updates on your order or asking when you should pick it up, I will message you as soon as it's done! Lastly, you may click on your order to open it and see your full receipt, just in case you need a reminder or would like to review what you ordered. Occasionally, I may comment on orders if there are issues or a delay, so feel free to check here for that!

Q: "What Are Partnered Shops?" 

A: Partnered shops are simply shops owned by others that I promote & advertise on my website! Each partnered shop either sells my milk teas or other tea themes, or both, so they're great alternatives to my shop.

Q: "How Can I Get My Shop Partnered?" 

A: To become partnered, your shop must:

• Sell one or more of my themes (or alternatively, 3+ tea themes)

• Have a shop thread on present on a DA related server, I will only advertise shops on servers I am in.

• Have a medium that your shop is displayed on (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides, Website, etc.)

If you would like to apply, feel free to DM! Just be sure to include relevant information about your shop, such as:

Q: "Can I Make A Theme Shop/Website/Order Form Like Yours?"

A: I think it's great if you want to make a shop that's organized like mine! My only request is that you credit me if you take heavy inspiration from my website, order form, or shop posts. Gumor's Theme Shop is a good example of respectfully taking inspiration & giving credit. You can always ask me to check if your website/shop is too close to mine if you are concerned, and I'll happily look over it for you!

Q: "How Did You Make Your Website?"

A: That's a bit of a broad question! If you would like to ask me about how I did certain things, feel free to ask! I don't mind answering questions about my website, just be sure that you are asking specific questions so that I can help you better.
