Privacy Policy for TapFlow Assist

Effective date: 26.04.2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TapFlow Assist (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the mobile application. TapFlow Assist is an accessibility-based automation app that allows users to create, save, and run touch presets on their own devices.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require account registration to use the App.

The App is designed to operate primarily on your device. Presets, touch points, repeat counts, interval settings, hold durations, gesture types, and similar configuration data may be stored locally on your device so the App can function properly.

We do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, phone number, precise location, contact list, photos, messages, passwords, browsing history, or screen content unless you voluntarily provide information to us, such as by contacting support via email.

The App may process limited technical and operational information required for its functionality on your device, such as device model, Android version, screen dimensions, overlay state, and accessibility service state.

2. Accessibility Service Disclosure

TapFlow Assist uses Android AccessibilityService features only to provide user-requested automation functions, such as performing taps, swipes, long presses, repeated touch sequences, and saved touch presets that you create and start.

Before directing you to Android Accessibility Settings, the App displays a prominent disclosure explaining why AccessibilityService is needed and asks for your explicit agreement.

The AccessibilityService is required for the main feature of the App: running your saved touch presets over other apps.

TapFlow Assist does not use AccessibilityService to read personal conversations, collect typed text, capture passwords, read banking information, collect screen content, or monitor unrelated activity for advertising, profiling, or tracking purposes.

TapFlow Assist does not collect, sell, or share AccessibilityService data.

The AccessibilityService is activated only after you explicitly enable it in your Android settings. You can disable it at any time in your device settings.

You are responsible for how you use the App and for complying with the terms, rules, and policies of other apps, services, games, or platforms.

3. Overlay Permission Disclosure

The App may request permission to draw over other apps so that you can place, move, and manage touch points and floating controls on top of other screens.

This overlay is used only for configuration and control of automation points. The overlay does not transmit screen content to us.

You can disable this permission at any time in your device settings.

4. How We Use Information

We use locally stored and operational information to:

- create, edit, save, load, and run your presets;

- display overlay controls and touch-point positions;

- support repeat, interval, hold-duration, and gesture settings;

- maintain app stability and compatibility with Android devices; and

- respond to support requests if you contact us.

5. Data Storage

Most app data is stored locally on your device.

If you clear app data, uninstall the App, reset your device, or remove storage, your saved presets and settings may be deleted unless you have created your own backup.

The App does not provide cloud backup or account-based synchronization.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share locally created preset data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

7. Permissions

Depending on the features you use, the App may request the following Android permissions:

- AccessibilityService permission, to perform user-requested taps, swipes, long presses, and gestures;

- display over other apps / overlay permission, to place and manage touch controls over other apps;

- foreground service permission, to keep app functions active while the service is running;

- notification permission, to show service status or controls; and

- storage-related access only where needed for local app functionality.

We request permissions only when necessary for the App’s functionality.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

However, no software or device environment is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for using automation tools carefully, especially around sensitive information.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International Users

If you use the App outside the country where it is developed or published, information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as support emails, may be processed in other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Your Choices and Controls

You may stop using the App at any time.

You may also:

- disable AccessibilityService in Android settings;

- revoke overlay or notification permissions in Android settings; and

- delete locally stored app data through your device settings.

If you contact us and want us to delete information you sent directly by email, you may request deletion using the contact details below.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the App or through the app store listing.
