This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled in the “Tap & Talk: first words” application for Android and iOS.

🔹 1. General information
The application is developed by an independent developer and distributed through Google Play and the App Store.
We respect the privacy of all users, including children, and aim to provide a safe experience.
🔹 2. Personal data collection
We do not directly request or collect users’ personal data.
The application does not include:
• user registration or user accounts;
• forms requesting a name, email address or phone number;
• access to contacts, photos, the microphone or precise location;
• advertising;
• third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
We do not sell or disclose users’ personal data to advertising companies or other third parties.
🔹 3. Data stored on the device
The application may locally store the following information on the user’s device:
• the selected language;
• sound settings;
• information about downloaded language and game content;
• technical application settings;
• information about whether full access has been purchased.
This information is used only to operate the application and is not sent to the developer.
Local information can be removed by uninstalling the application or clearing its data in the device settings. Purchase records may remain associated with the user’s account in the relevant application store.
🔹 4. In-app purchases
The application offers a one-time purchase that unlocks full access to all topics.
On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and StoreKit.
The application receives only the technical confirmation necessary to provide purchased access. We do not receive or store payment card details or other payment credentials.
Payments are processed by Google or Apple in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
🔹 5. Advertising and analytics
The application does not contain or display advertising.
We do not use third-party analytics, user-tracking services or advertising profiling tools.
The application does not use personalised advertising and does not send information for advertising purposes.
🔹 6. Downloading game content and news
The application may connect to an external server to:
• download language packages;
• download photos, sounds and other game content;
• check for content updates;
• receive application news and informational messages.
When the application connects to the server, the hosting provider may technically process standard network request information, such as the IP address, date and time of the request, and information about the device or browser component. This processing may be necessary to deliver files, maintain security and prevent misuse.
We do not use this technical information to identify users, create user profiles, serve advertising or track children’s behaviour.

The application may contain links to official external pages related to the project, including:
• our YouTube channels;
• the application’s page and pages of our other applications on Google Play or the App Store;
• our support email address;
• other official project pages.
External links are placed in the settings or the parental section of the application.
After opening a third-party website or application, the terms and privacy policy of that service apply. We do not control how third-party services process information.
🔹 8. Children’s privacy
The application is intended for children and family use.
We:
• do not request personal information from children;
• do not create user accounts;
• do not use advertising;
• do not use personalised advertising;
• do not use analytics tools to track children’s behaviour;
• do not sell or disclose children’s data to advertising companies.
Purchases and external links are accessible only through sections intended for parents.

We take reasonable technical measures to provide a safe application experience.
Because the application does not require registration and does not directly collect personal data, we do not create user profiles or databases containing users’ personal information on our servers.
