Privacy Policy - Stack Smash
Effective Date: June 25, 2026
Welcome to Stack Smash ("the Game"), a mobile application developed by Tap Gaming ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you play our Game.
By downloading and using Stack Smash, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We do not directly collect, store, or share any personal identity information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) during gameplay.
However, to provide gameplay features, run advertisements, and optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns, our Game integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These third parties may automatically collect certain non-personal device information, including:
Device Identifiers: IP address, Google Advertising ID (GAID), and unique device identifiers.
Device Characteristics: Device model, operating system version, language settings, and network provider.
Usage Data: Game progress, features accessed, time spent in the app, and ad interaction details (clicks or views).
Stack Smash is designed to be played without any registration. The Game does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide any signup information. Therefore, there is no user account or personal identity information stored by the developer that requires deletion.
For data collected automatically by our third-party SDK partners (such as advertising IDs), data retention and deletion are managed according to the respective third-party privacy policies listed below.
Our Game is a free-to-play app and relies on third-party partners for monetization, user rewards, and marketing analytics. These third parties handle your data according to their own privacy policies:
Ad Networks & Marketing Partners: Used to deliver relevant advertisements within the game and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and User Acquisition (UA) campaigns.
Offerwall and Reward Providers: Used to provide rewarded offers, surveys, and tasks. When you interact with an offerwall, these networks process device identifiers to verify task completion and award your in-game rewards.
We highly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of our primary service providers and partners:
Google Play Services & AdMob: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Unity LevelPlay: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Stack Smash is designed and intended for a General Audience. We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Game does not intentionally target children under 13, and our third-party ad networks are configured to serve age-appropriate ads where applicable. If we discover that a child under 13 has inadvertently provided us with personal details, we will delete it from our systems immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared information with us, please contact us using the email below so we can take immediate action.
We value your trust in playing our game. Since we do not host personal data on internal servers, data transmission is managed securely through the industry-standard protocols of our integrated SDK partners. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or Play Store compliance guidelines. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with a revised "Effective Date." You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please feel free to reach out to us.
