Quotation for Event Services:

Services Included: Catering, Pandal Setup, Decoration, Lighting, Event Management
Total Estimated Cost: ₹ [Amount] + 5% GST
Payment Schedule & Methods:
Advance Payment: 30% of total cost at the time of booking confirmation (via UPI, advance cheque, or other accepted multiple payment methods; credit cards are excluded).
During Event: 60–70% of total cost when the program starts.
Final Payment: Remaining balance at the completion of the event.
GST: 5% on total cost.
Multiple payment options are available for your convenience, excluding credit card payments.
Terms & Conditions:
All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Any changes in guest count or requested services must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the event.
Tanyaa Pandal Cook & Caters is not responsible for failures or delays caused by external vendors.
Decorations and equipment provided remain the property of Tanyaa Pandal Cook & Caters.
Cancellation Policy:
If Tanyaa Pandal cancels the event, no amount will be retained from the client.
If the client cancels after paying the advance, 30% of the advance amount is non-refundable.
Setup and cleanup timings will be pre-decided; additional hours may incur extra charges.
Professional conduct and quality service of our staff are guaranteed.
Confirming the booking implies acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Disputes, if any, shall be resolved under Indian laws.
