Tanvi Verma

Hi, I am an Algorithm Engineer at KLA, developing advanced algorithms for semiconductor inspection and metrology. Prior to that, I was a research scientist at IHPC, A*STAR Singapore. My research focuses on reinforcement learning, computer vision, LLM, game theory and auto ML. I have proposed deep reinforcement learning methods and game theoretic approaches to learn from a huge amount of real world data to provide decision support for revenue maximization. I did my PhD from School of Information Systems, Singapore Management University (SMU) under supervision of Assoc. Prof. Pradeep Varakantham. I was awarded Presidential Doctoral Fellowship award for the excellence in research outcomes at SMU.

I did my undergraduate degree (B. Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal, India in 2007.  After that I joined NetApp India as a software developer. I have also worked for Dell India R&D for a short duration before joining PhD program at SMU in 2015.
