Rising starz is the name of a new club which I was the chairman of, It was started and led by me. This was a club which was exclusively for teens from the age of 12-17, It was an entertainment club. The entry fee for the club was $65 SGD per teen, 97 teens had joined this club, I also formed a committee in the club which consisted of 10 members who were all 16 or 17 years old. Our main goal was "Of the kids, For the kids and by the kids".
In my experience of being chairman of this club I learnt many things such as, How to take charge and lead a team of people, How to convince people to believe in your objective and follow your ideas, How to think creatively, How to work within a budget, How to be a leader, How to think from multiple point of views, And much more..... This club was one of the most thrilling experiences of my life.
I created multiple engaging and interesting events for this club some of which include:-
A Sitcom themed event where we created quizzes, Housie games and etc all in the sitcom theme, This had a lot of engagement from all the members of the club that were present and attached below are some of the pictures from the event.

I had hosted multiple more events for this club such as an adventure trekking stay camp for 2 days, A treasure hunt across the city and all teams had access to a car and the same clues and many more, This made all the members of the club have a different experience which was away from their screens and had them working with other in teams, Developing their team-working skills- Interacting skills, Critical thinking skills and etc...
