• Using the service as intended — e.g., playing the game normally, posting content within the rules, hanging out.
  
  

• Chatting with others via Voice Chat - as long as you use and say appropriate words, phrases, and sentences
  
  

• Making Content on The Game - as long as it follows the rules
  
  

• Helping New Players - as long as you are nice and respectful
  
  

• Playing with others - as long as you follow the rules
  
  

2. What You Are Not Allowed to Do

This is the red-light list — actions that can get your account suspended or banned.

• Breaking the Rules - including hacking, racism, toxicity, talking sexual, black mail, and more.
  
  

• Harassment or abuse toward other users.
  
  

• Cheating or exploiting in games (e.g., using hacks, glitches).
  
  

• Impersonating someone else - this includes impersonation staff, or even the owner
  
  

• Spamming Servers - or spam leaving and joining
  
  

• Uploading harmful files - (viruses, malware).
  
  

• Bypassing security or trying to access private information of the game that you shouldn’t.
  
  

• Inappropriate Gestures - including inappropriate hand or body movements

1. What You Own and Can Do With It

This is the green-light list — what you keep ownership of and are allowed to do.

• You own any original creations you make outside of the game — such as fan art, videos, live streams, music, or other media inspired by Tantan’s Hangout.
  
  

• You can record and share gameplay footage or screenshots — as long as they follow the rules and do not contain inappropriate or rule-breaking content.
  
  

• You can create and share fan projects — including artwork, videos, and stories — as long as they don’t claim to be official or use the game’s assets without permission.
  
  

• You can use your fan creations for personal enjoyment or share them online — as long as it’s non-commercial (you are not making money from the game’s assets without approval).
  
  

2. What the Company Owns and You Cannot Do Without Permission

This is the red-light list — what belongs to TantanVR and cannot be used without approval.

• TantanVR owns all official game content — including game code, models, textures, animations, maps, sound effects, music, logos, and branding.
  
  

• You cannot copy, sell, distribute, or claim ownership of any game content that you did not create.
  
  

• You cannot use TantanVR’s assets in your own games, videos, or projects without written permission.
  
  

• You cannot make money from any TantanVR content (including gameplay footage) without an official license or agreement.
  
  

• You cannot remove copyright notices, watermarks, or other ownership markings from the game or its content.
  
  

1. Things We Are Not Responsible For

This is the red-light list — situations where TantanVR is not liable.

• Game crashes, bugs, or glitches that cause you to lose progress or in-game items.
  
  

• Downtime, server outages, or loss of connection.
  
  

• Inappropriate behavior or actions of other players.
  
  

• Damage to your VR headset, controllers, or other devices caused by playing the game.
  
  

• Any injuries caused by unsafe play or not following VR safety guidelines.
  
  

• Loss of data or corruption of files related to the game.
  
  

• Issues caused by mods, hacks, or unofficial versions of the game.
  
  

2. Things We Do Our Best To Prevent

This is the green-light list — what we actively work to avoid, but can’t 100% guarantee.

• Keeping the game online and stable.
  
  

• Fixing bugs and glitches as quickly as possible.
  
  

• Removing or banning players who break the rules.
  
  

• Protecting your account from unauthorized access (with your help keeping login info safe).

• Enforce limits on usernames, custom content, or other player-created material.
  
  

• Reset or roll back progress if needed for technical or safety reasons.
  
  

2. What We Are Not Required to Do

• We are not required to give warnings before taking action against rule-breaking accounts.
  
  

• We are not required to restore lost progress, in-game items, or accounts if they are lost due to rule violations or technical issues.
  
  

• We are not required to keep any specific feature or mode in the game permanently.
  
  

• We are not required to share details of investigations or bans with other players.
