Tanmaya Mishra Gravitational-Wave Astrophysicist, PhD Candidate University of Florida
Hi,
I am a final year PhD student at the University of Florida, working on Gravitational-Wave data analysis with Prof. Sergey Klimenko. I am a member of the LIGO collaboration, specializing in the Coherent WaveBurst search algorithm to identify, characterize, and interpret binary black hole (BBH) mergers. My research interests are - Searches for Binary Black Hole mergers, Machine Learning, and Intermediate-Mass Black Holes in the Pair-Instability Supernova mass gap. In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar, sketching, cooking, and riding my Onewheel.
