Before participating in a tournament, it is important to read the rules and acknowledge them. You can find them in our discord server, as well here.
Rules are subject to change but they are constantly updated in the website too. However it can happen that the rules changes depending on the tournament, it is usually announced in the announcement channel of our discord server.
Registering
1.1 If you would like to register, you will need to fill the given form in the announcement channel on our Discord Server.
1.2 The tournaments will follow the formats which are decided by the referees, with or without a poll.
1.3 Make sure your rank is at least Brigadier.
1.4 When referees allows it and mentions it in announcement, the match can be proceeded in the form of a 1v1, this should be done occasionally however and not all the time.
1.5 When a team is made, it cannot be changed. If a member leaves the team, in this case the team will be disqualified, unless the member himself is a substitute.
1.6 A substitute is allowed per team only when it is mentioned in announcements. If this is not mentioned, or mentioned there are no substitutes, teams are not allowed to have substitutes.
2. Before the match
2.1 Teams will be informed on their guest/host status in the announcements channel on our discord server. A tournament bracket will be available at the start of the match.
2.2 Each players is allowed to decide about the time up to them. When a time is set up, after a reaction it is possible that a referee may come and check the match, but this doesn't happen all the time. In case there is no referee in a battle, players will have to play by themselves. It is advised that players of each teams record a video in case of complaint. If the video is judged as valid, then a rematch may happen. Please note that the referee have the last decisions during matches. In case of complaint but a lack of video, the complaint could be refused.
2.3 If 2 players fails to agree about a time. Then the referee will reserve the right to set up the match at their own time.
2.4 If a member of a team fail to join a match, he will get 5 minutes to be online and join the match.
2.5 Map will be chosen by the referee among a list which is given to them.
2.6 If a member fails to join a match after 5 minutes because he is inactive, the win will go for the team which have all of his members.
2.7 The map format sent in the team /matches channels applies, a picture of the format will always be sent. However
the formats may change if a referee decides to do so. Keep in mind that the map format depends on the announcement as well.
2.8 The map cannot be different from the given format, if a map is different from the given format, please create a ticket by taking a picture of the map, and a screenshot of the one who said that he'll make the map.
Moreover please send us the battle link if the map is still open.
2.9 It is forbidden to take part in the tournament with more than one account.
2.10 Regarding a time agreement, referees reserve the right to reject a time request at his own discretion.
2.11 It is forbidden to take part in the tournament with an account which is not yours, such actions will lead to a straight disqualification.
2.12 It is a mandatory to send the battle link in the match channel, otherwise the matches may be cancelled.
3. During a match
3.1 The Game Rules applies on this tournament.
3.2 Each rounds lasts 10 minutes. The referee will give the time when the match will start and the time when the match ends. In case of tie, another round will be fully played till there's a winner, if there is another tie, the team which caps the next flag wins. Participants must self-destruct at 10:10 as well.
3.3 Referee have the last decision during a match. A referee decision cannot be appealed. In case of complaint, please create a ticket in the support channel on our discord server at the end of the match.
3.4 Equipment must be the one written on the announcement channel on our discord server.
3.5 It happens that a spectator may come, either because a player did rent him, or either because he was rent in order to take pictures or for spectating the match because he's a referee. By registering on this tournament, you agree that a spectator comes in the battle in order to spectate.
3.6 Every participants must remove the protections during a match. In case a player is caught with a video, or by a referee to wear protections, some actions could be taken.
3.7 The referee paint during matches is orange or neon for those who possesses it, it is forbidden to use the same one as the referee, doing so will lead to proper actions.
4. After a match
4.1 When a match ends, scores should be written in the result channel by one of the members of the match.
4.2 If both players fails to agree on a time, and does not show any efforts in order to find a time, both players may be out of the tournament. This also applies to teams.
4.3 If you would like to send a complaint against the ennemy team due to some violations, please create a ticket on the support channel on our discord server where your task will be to send the evidence.
4.4 The evidence must be a video, preferably published on Youtube, on the unlisted part, or through Google Drive where it will be checked by referees. The video must not be edited and must be taken on an hosting platform (any videos taken from phone on your computer will be refused).
4.5 Please specify the time of the violation of the video (where the violation starts).
4.6 Teams are not allowed to change with a sub in the middle of a match unless there is an emergency such as internet issues.
4.7 When 2 players are playing against each other without a referee, it is a mandatory to bring a screenshot in the results channel, so in this case the respective results channels. However, if a referee spectate the battle, he will not need to add a screenshot as he spectates it.
5. Battle Issues
5.1 If a team/player is not coming after 10 minutes in the map. The team who is in the map must take screenshots of the time which is given, and must have specified first the hour when the match starts in his team channel.
5.2 If a team/player is killing other members/placing mines before the match starts, or that he is not allowed to do such things according to the tournament rules, please record a video and send it to the referees by making a ticket in the support channel on our discord server.
5.3 For any violation (excepting the 10 minutes violations), please record a video. Regarding the 10 minutes violation, please make sure to take a full screenshot e.g where the time on your laptop is showed as well.
5.4 In case of a lack of a record during a complaint, the complaint will be rejected.
5.5 Any actions which has the goal to disturb the main purpose of the tournament or to ruin it is forbidden in order to gain an advantage on the enemy such as using the pause button. Self destructing is allowed but shouldn't be done excessively, actions will be taken if this is too excessive.
5.6 Participants who are not involved in a match are not allowed to spectate tournaments by themselves, which also means that participants involved in a match aren't allowed to invite people who aren't involved in the match.
6. Awarding Prize
6.1 Referees reserve the right to cancel the prize for anyone at his own discretion if the user was found breaking the tournament rules.
6.2 Fine can also be applied to the prize in case of a violation which deserves a punishment below the disqualification, the fine can go up to 50% of the awarded prize. Usually above that amount, that'll likely be a disqualification.
6.3 Referees are responsible of the prize they do award, for the prize which is donated by a player, the winner(s) of the tournament have to PM the player. The Game Rules and EULA also applies to this tournament.
