At client site: Personal and Business Documents

$70.00 for the first notarization (this cost includes travel cost, mileage, phone call confirmations and other items) and $2.00 for each additional notarization.


LOAN SIGNING / MORTGAGE CLOSING - $200.00 for each assignments. Additional fees may apply for distant travel and weekend hours.


Printing Fees: Must advise before appointment for any printing needs. There is a minimum charge of $2.00 for the first page and $0.25 for each additional page.
