Tania Biswas

Welcome to my webpage! I am Tania Biswas, a postdoctoral researcher at Department of Mathematical Sciences, Ulsan National Institute of Science & Technology (UNIST), South Korea since Jan 2023. I am a member of  UNIST PDE Group. I have obtained my Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Thiruvananthapuram, India under the supervision of Sheetal Dharmatti in 2020. Later, I spent a year with Elisabetta Rocca at University of Pavia, Italy and a year with Min Gi Lee at Kyungpook National University, South Korea. Please find my cv for more details.

Research Interest

My reserach interest in analysis of partial differential equation and control theory. In particular, I am interested in studying well-posedness, long time behavious and various control problems, such as, optimal control, stabilization, controllability issues related to nonlinear pde's arising in fluid dynamics and biology. The mathematical models that I have been working on are diffuse interface models, Cahn-Hilliard-Navier-Stokes equations, Tumor growth Models etc. For more details about my research interest and publications, please refer my google scolar, mathscinet, researchgate website.
