Welcome to AM Tango: Binary Logic Puzzle ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), developed and published by AM DevWorks, an independent individual developer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using AM Tango, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AM Tango: Binary Logic Puzzle is a free, offline-friendly binary logic puzzle game available on Google Play. The App does not require an account or sign-in.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use AM Tango on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's own policies.
This license does not give you any ownership of the App. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with AM DevWorks.
AM Tango is completely free to play. The App does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid content.
When using AM Tango, you agree that you will not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it
Modify, copy, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission
Use any automated system, bot, or script to interact with the App in a way a normal human player would not
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its data, or any systems or networks connected to it
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm AM DevWorks, the App, or other users
All content in AM Tango — including but not limited to the game design, puzzles, artwork, icons, animations, sounds, source code, and the AM Tango name and logo — is the property of AM DevWorks, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
Your use of AM Tango is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which explains what limited information is collected (such as local gameplay progress stored only on your device, and standard analytics and crash-reporting data) and how it is used. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
AM Tango uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand usage and to detect and fix crashes. These services are provided by Google LLC and are governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services beyond what is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
AM Tango is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13, in line with our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13, please do not use this App.
AM Tango is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of bugs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AM DevWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, AM Tango — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the laws of your country.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue AM Tango (or any part of it), temporarily or permanently, at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any such change, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to AM Tango if you violate these Terms. Since the App does not use an account system, "termination" generally means you must stop using and uninstall the App. You may also stop using AM Tango at any time simply by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of AM Tango after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India , without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App should first be raised informally by contacting us at the email address below.
