Sculpting with wool is a fascinating process full of discovery and awe at the seemingly never-ending possibilities of such a humble material.
In this 4-day series you'll learn techniques and strategies for completing complex, forms inspired by seed pods.

Retreating is such a powerful way to restore clarity and vitality to one's daily life. Adding the healing practices of gentle body movement and creative expression amplifies those qualties exponentially.
I invite you to join me and my dear friend and Yoga teacher, Linda Hollaway for three days of restoration, nature inspiration and art making.
Our retreat will take place just 20 minutes outside of Spokane at Harmony Woods Retreat Center.
The Retreat will be limited to 10 participants. There are a variety of accomodations at the Center: Rooms with a shared bath, an en suite,RV sites with water and electrical hook ups and tent camping options.
