Mrs. Winsdy Marcos is the current Department Head of the Office of Student Affairs, the department which Tanglaw belongs to.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Family Life and Child Development and a Master of Arts candidate in Counseling Psychology. She firmly believes that her role is to provide avenues for her students to grow and excel in their respective fields and interests.
