SINING M. KOTAH, Ph.D., LPT 蔡艺术博士

Dr. Sining M. Kotah, a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of the Philippines, is the Vice President for Basic Education Department of Philippine Cultural College – Manila. 

Her passion in writing goes back to her high school years when she was a regular contributor of the Literary Section of the “World News世界日报”. During her college years, she joined Zheng Hang Society of Arts and Literary Explorers（征航文艺社）, a group for youngsters enthusiastic in literary writing, and later became its Vice President. She had several awards in writing, which included an essay 《一位真诚的朋友》(A True Friend) and a short story 《老张的悲剧》(The Tragedy of Lao Zhang), both winning the first prize.
