Welcome to the "NEW" T&C Donuts!
The shop re-opened on September 2, 2026 under new ownership after a previous bumpy transition in March 2026, but T&C has been in this location since 2012. The shop is completely refreshed and spotlessly clean and we are excited to continue operating with the many regular and new customers!
This is a "mom and pop" donut shop and family business, run by Mike (Baker/Owner) and Jess (CEO/Owner) with lots of help from family and friends!
For 20+ years, Mike balanced a career as an opera singer, music director, and voice teacher with a serious baking obsession—bringing donuts to his students and church choir every week and befriending local shop owners along the way. He has lived and taught in Tomball since 2006 and is still the Director of Choirs at A&M United Methodist Church in College Station. Jess has an extensive background managing medical and optical practices, she brings operational excellence to the business—while happily serving as the ultimate taste-tester (and she also does some of the baking, too - you'll want to try her tacos!).
This all began with Mike's weekly Friday visits to the best donut shop ever, Max Donuts on Jackrabbit Rd. Owners Vanessa and Savy met Mike in 2014 and in Jan 2025 Mike started working with them on Fridays (the busiest day in all donut shops) and selling his JUMBO Cinnamon Rolls, while watching and learning about the donut business. It was mostly just for fun, but every now and then a shop would go up for sale, although it was never the 'right' shop. In March 2026 Mike began to train in baking, going in VERY early on Fridays, In July 2026 T&C Donuts was for sale and was the perfect location AND it had a Casadio Dieci Espresso Machine (a clear sign this was meant to be). A couple of weeks later Mike and Jess bought the shop and Mike trained daily for several weeks while Vanessa and Savy helped every step of the way, from instructing about LLC's to food distributors to fixing equipment, even helping scrub disnes, walls, and floors!
