BEFORE YOU REGISTER 

Know Your Registration Track

Knowing your Registration Track will help you to select classes that fit your musical and learning needs. For more in-depth look at classes offered on each track, see Class Schedule 2024

New & Beginning Players:

 Are new to their instrument, typically pre-K-2nd grade

New Fiddlers:

Already play their instrument but want to learn fiddle tunes, how to learn by ear, and how to participate in jam sessions

Intermediate & Advanced Players:

Are familiar with fiddle tunes and folk songs, chords, and have experience learning by ear and jamming

Non-Music Classes:

(For campers who do not play music...yet!)

Camp Experience Package

$220: includes $35 Registration Fee

3-Class 

Package

$440; includes $35 Registration Fee and $50 off Camp Experience 


5-Class 

Package

$545; includes $35 Registration Fee and $100 off Camp Experience 


BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Select a Family or Group Name

Family or Group Name: Your Family or Group Name will identify individual registrants as members of a specific group. 

Use the same Family or Group Name for all the people in your party. For example: 

~Mr. Ryan is registering himself and his two children; he should use "Ryan" as the Family or Group Name for each registration he completes. 

~Professor Gordon is registering themself and 5 students; they should use "Gordon Studio" as the Family or Group Name for all registrations.

Deposits and Invoices

A deposit must be submitted to secure each participant's registration. There are several options:


~Pay a Simple Deposit: $135

~Pay for Camp Experience: $220

~Pay your Entire Balance: $440 for 3-Class Package, $545 for 5-Class Package


$35.00 of each deposit is non-refundable (retained for administrative costs)


A finalized invoice confirming your remaining balance will be emailed to you once we confirm your registration. Payment is full is due by June 15th.


Late cancellations – after May 31st – will be assessed an additional $40.00 late cancellation fee.
