Tanager is a plant nursery in Mars Hill, NC

We specialize in regionally grown native plant material.  We seed grow whenever possible to ensure genetic diversity and we are actively working to increase bioregional genetics for our core offerings.  

We use either repurposed plastic or biodegradable containers in order to help reduce the amount of plastic pollution stemming from our industry. 

We use organic approved methods and locally-produced, living growing media.  #dirtcraftgrown
