Mohriz Murad

Background: Mohriz Murad is a Sophmore studying Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of Washington. His interests include data science, software development, and applied machine learning, with a focus on developing solutions that bridge theory and real-world impact. 

Internship Goals: During his time with AgriLife Research & TAMU-CC, Mohriz aimed to apply reinforcement learning and data analytics to precision agriculture, exploring how technology can optimize irrigation and improve sustainability. He looks forward to further expanding his skills and contributing to innovative projects that drive meaningful change. 

Career Aspirations: Mohriz aspires to build a career at the intersection of machine learning and software engineering, creating systems that address complex challenges across industries. He plans to pursue graduate studies to deepen his expertise in artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions across all sorts of disciplines and areas. 

Interests: Outside of academics, Mohriz enjoys listening to music, playing tennis, and spending time near the water. He is passionate about exploring new technologies and tackling challenging problems through creative thinking.
