Delwin Kim

Background: Delwin Kim is currently a 2nd year student at UT Austin, pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. His current focus is on software engineering, with additional interests in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Internship Goals: During his time with AgTech REEU Delwin aims to gain hands-on experience by utilizing his expertise in computer science in the realms of IoTs, UAS, and data analytics to enhance digital agriculture. He is excited to explore the application of these technologies in improving agricultural practices, from optimizing crop yields to enhancing resource management. Additionally, Delwin looks forward to collaborating and learning from his fellow peers and professionals in the field and contributing to innovative and impactful projects.

Career Aspirations: Delwin aspires to utilize his passion for problem solving and knowledge in computer science to develop applications and models that tackle real world challenges, whether that be in agriculture, tech, healthcare, or other sectors. He envisions a career where he can help contribute and work at the intersection of technological innovation and practical innovation.

Interests: Delwin is passionate about exploring new technologies and coding personal projects. Outside of his academic and career aspirations, he loves to stay active by engaging in activities such as working out, playing sports like basketball and tennis, and hanging out with friends.
