Tampa Police District II, Zone D5, Grid58 is a Neighborhood Watch Group in Tampa's historic Old Seminole Heights with boundaries extending from Hillsborough Avenue to Hanna Avenue and from Florida Avenue to Nebraska Avenue.

Neighborhood Watch is a program developed by the National Sheriffs’ Association bringing citizens together with law enforcement to deter crime and make communities safer. Neighborhood Watch members are the “ears and eyes” of the community reporting suspicious activity to the police department.
