As a part of the Medical Laboratory Program, I interned in various labs to be trained and worked the lab skills and operation management.
Clinical rotations allowed me to observe technology or software used in Healthcare Management, such as KPIs for lab operations, employee turnover, and history records, which help to reduce human errors and prevent unexpected problems.

Working in the C_QODE (CENTER FOR CLINICAL QUALITY & OUTCOMES DISCOVERY AND EVALUATION) of the Surgery department as a student worker, I had a great chance to learn about the power of databases, especially utilizing artificial intelligence, to improve healthcare quality and delivery.
I also built up strong skills for my career as an analyst role such as communication, teamwork, time management, and databases.
As a professional technician, I was also trained in basic skills of getting on well with people, being detail-oriented, leadership, and customer service.
As a key member of the sales department, I played a main role to allocate items within business territories. I analyzed and report sales volume data to ensure the achievement of sales targets. I also revised pricing strategies monthly based on actual sales results for 4 sales teams to enhance profitability.
Furthermore, collaborating among internal and external groups successfully helped me forecast and adjust production plans and inventory safety stock to avoid unexpected risks.
I had improved and enhanced important skills that I believe they will facilitate my future career: strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, and data analytical skills.

It was a great opportunity for me to work in a leading transportation industry company providing taxi services. One of my primary tasks was to analyze large-scale customer databases for customers’ behaviors, and perform marketing analyses to successfully conducted 2 marketing projects to help the business with 90% brand identification growth.
I also collaborated with the financial team to support budget forecasts and monitor expenses for advertising, promotional marketing campaigns, and other projects.
