About Tammira Sanders

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and now based in the Houston, Texas region, Tammira’s life and work are deeply rooted in faith, resilience, and restoration. In June 2024, she authored Talitha Koum: Girl Get UP!, a powerful testimony inspired by the biblical call to rise. Through transparent storytelling and spiritual insight, the book invites women on a healing journey, one that moves them from brokenness to wholeness and from survival to purpose. 

As a speaker, Tammira is known for her authentic, relatable, and spirit-led delivery. She speaks to women, faith-based audiences, and leadership spaces on topics such as overcoming adversity, healing from trauma, identity in Christ, and leading with faith and resilience. Whether delivering a keynote, participating in panel discussions, or hosting transformational workshops, her message consistently calls listeners to rise, heal, and step into their God-given calling. 

Beyond the stage, Tammira serves as a Spiritual Life Coach, walking alongside women as they reconnect with their identity as Daughters of the King. Her coaching approach is deeply personal and faith-centered, helping clients break limiting beliefs, navigate life transitions, and build confidence anchored in truth. 

Tammira is also the host of Chronicles of the Secret Place, a podcast featuring heartfelt conversations, faith-filled encouragement, and practical insights for purposeful living. Through speaking, coaching, writing, and media, her mission remains the same: to see women restored, empowered, and courageously rising into the life God has prepared for them.
