This Privacy Policy explains how Tamix Apps ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our apps, Android package name starts with com.tamixapps.

Information we handle

Ball Sort Max does not require an account, name, email address, or login. Your gameplay progress, game settings, and streak information are stored locally on your device so the Game can remember your choices and progress. Tamix Apps does not receive or operate a server for this local game data.

Advertising

The Game uses Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements. When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure, and personalise advertising where permitted by law and your choices.

Your privacy choices

Where required, the Game presents a consent message before requesting advertising. If a privacy-options entry point is required for your region, you can revisit your choices from Settings → Privacy choices in the Game. You may also reset or limit your Android advertising ID through your device settings.

Children

Ball Sort Max is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly sell personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us and we will address the request.

Data security and retention

Local game data remains on your device until you reset the Game’s progress or remove the Game. Advertising data is handled by Google and its partners under their policies. We do not operate a user account database for the Game.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published at this address with a revised date.
