This is designed as a solution to reduce the impact of crises in organizations where the decision makers do not have crisis communications experience or the budget to have a crisis communications professional on staff. This training solution is a course designed to be used as a prerequisite for a face to face crisis communications planning meeting where participants will develop a crisis communications plan for their organization based on what they have learned in the course.
