• By Happy Casual: We do not use any personal data for our own marketing or tracking. We rely on the data collected by AdMob solely to monetize the App via advertisements and to monitor the App's technical health (crashes/performance).

• By AdMob: AdMob uses this data to:

  • Measure the effectiveness of ads.

  • Analyze App performance and stability (diagnostics and crash reporting).

7. International Data Transfers Our third-party partner (Google AdMob) operates globally. Information collected by AdMob may be stored on servers in the United States or other regions. They use legally approved mechanisms to protect this data during transfer.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Jurisdiction: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India. You hereby waive any objection to this jurisdiction and venue.
