Grade 12 Boat Cruise Information Sheet

Welcome aboard the Grade 12 Luxury Boat Cruise! Get ready for an evening of elegance, excitement, and unforgettable memories. Dance the night away on spacious interior decks with huge dance floors and take in the stunning views. The perfect setting for amazing pictures!

Event Details: Date: Sep 24th 2025

Pick-Up Location: Small gym. Arrive promptly by 3:30 PM to be checked in. Remember to bring your student card. Find the table with the first letter of your last name to check in and get your colored wrist band. Once everyone is checked in, students with the same-colored bands will get on the same bus. 

Buses cannot wait for late students due to the sail time.

Boarding Time: 6:00 PM sharp!

Sail Time: 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Buses will drop off students between 10:15 PM and 11:00 PM. Drop-off will occur on the street as parking lot gates will be closed. Please ensure your ride is on time for pick up. 

Attire: 

Formal attire. Please bring a warm sweater or jacket due to the cooler temperatures on the water. Comfortable shoes are also recommended.

No additional bags, totes or medium to large size purses are allowed. For reference: a small purse should only be able to fit a cellphone, lipstick and compact. Do not bring any valuables. 

Behavior Expectations:

During the cruise, it's crucial to maintain a respectful and mature demeanor. Be mindful of your actions to ensure everyone's enjoyment. Follow instructions from the cruise staff promptly and represent our school positively.

Food Options:

We'll be having a buffet-style meal during the cruise. Enjoy a variety of options, including vegetarian options. Soft drinks and water will also be available to quench your thirst.

Special Dietary Needs:

Students with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or other dietary needs can have food options available in a separate area. Please ensure the dry grad committee is made aware of your dietary needs so you have a meal that meets your requirements. email tamanawisdrygrad@gmail.com
