3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You may use TallyToo in guest mode (data stored locally only) or create an account using your email address and password or Google sign-in.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Free Tier
The free version of TallyToo is limited to 3 active tallies.
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium subscribers receive:
- Unlimited tallies
- Advanced analytics and statistics
- Extended history access
4.3 Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
- Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)
4.4 Billing
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Conduct
You agree to use TallyToo for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' use
- Create accounts through automated means or bots
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Scrape, mine, or extract data from the App through unauthorized means

6. Collaboration and Shared Content
6.1 Invite Codes
When you share a tally via invite code, collaborators you approve can view and (depending on permissions) edit the shared tally data.
6.2 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Who you invite to collaborate on your tallies
- The content you create within shared tallies
- Managing collaborator permissions
6.3 Collaborator Actions
Actions taken by collaborators (adding entries, modifying data) are attributable to their account. We are not responsible for changes made by collaborators.

TallyToo, including its design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
